Tobi Ewing
Artist, designer, strategist, content creator, creative director based in Ohio.
With a B.A. in Humanities, Business Management and Arts Administration from Skidmore College, Tobi has always created at the intersection of culture, art and business.
Tobi’s career began in Product Development, Production and Operations for Global Luxury Fashion Brand, Ralph Lauren. In 2019, she launched Beyond The Clouds and began freelancing as a wellness consultant and creative strategist. She’s worked both in-house for a creative marketing agency and have led freelance projects.
My current focus is to produce impactful marketing and operations for art, fashion and hospitality brands.
Tobi’s frustration was simple: the substance lacked sexy and the sexy lacked substance.
Her goal as your creative marketing and strategy consultant is to develop stories and elevate brands with beauty and intention.
Leaning on her formal education, research skills and sharp ability for detailed execution, she’s led and assisted in a variety of development, marketing and design projects that have refined her sensibilities. Tobi’s diverse background in business, academia, creative and culture work primes her to approach projects holistically. She creatively balances strategic solutions to help you connect the dots between branding, operations, marketing and community.

Launch Dayton’s Start Up Week Presented by Fifth Third Bank
Presented original workshop “Designing Your Space for Creative Productivity” for tech and business resource organization, Launch Dayton, with focus on design thinking and human centered problem solving.
Tobi has been recognized by leading organizations to speak and share insights via facilitated workshops and panels. She’s held the roles of Brand Manager, Junior Strategist and Product Developer for a non profit, creative agency and Fortune 500 companies like Ralph Lauren and L Brands.
University of Dayton Business Program
Invited to present a Student Wellness Session resulting in students exhibiting how stress shows up in their body, discussing perceptions of the workplace and building a self care practice that can be easily managed on campus.
The Entrepreneurial Artist Initiative Presented by Skidmore College
Panelist on Entrepreneurs’ Forum. Led original workshop on multi-service concepts to develop student innovation and creative thinking. Resulting in 6 business concepts with at least 1 being pursued.
Community is a value and passion. Tobi has been hosting and organizing events for 10+ years ranging from fashion, wellness and networking.

Commissioned by the Weston Art Gallery to present and produce my 3 month solo show in addition to an artist talk and community tour days.
Art, Design & Media | Tobi is accomplished artist and designer creating color forward and affirmative visuals. March 2025, Tobi closed her solo show “in the FACE of FEAR” at Edison Community College. Tobi has shown in the Weston in Cincinnati and The Springfield Museum of Art, Ohio’s only Smithsonian affiliated museum.
Legacy of Freedom 2024 Juneteenth Calendar Presented by Dayton Children’s Hospital
Commissioned by the Home of Creative Urban Arts x Dayton Children’s Hospital to join the creative team as Assistant Art Director and Designer for the 2024 city-wide Juneteenth Calendar.
